Jeri Flood is an accomplished marketing and brand management leader whose career spans the hospitality, media, luxury retail, and luxury real estate industries, most recently. She’s delighted to be on the team at The Agency Savannah, inspired by the firm’s service-driven culture and its beloved Rule #9: Dare to Dream.
At The Agency, culture is everything, and Jeri is energized by the opportunity to collaborate with her team to create a real estate experience unlike any other in Savannah. As Marketing Account Manager, she oversees brand, agent, and luxury listings marketing for The Agency Savannah. Blending creativity with strategy, her role encompasses the daily marketing operations of the office and the development of storytelling materials, strategic partnerships, and events that elevate the firm’s presence across the region. She focuses on leveraging The Agency’s innovative, creative, and technology-driven marketing tools to help agents grow their businesses and deliver a concierge-style client experience.
Jeri began her career with Marriott International, where for over a decade she held progressive roles in marketing and brand development, ultimately serving as Director of Leisure Marketing for Marriott Hotels and Vice President of Marketing for Courtyard. She helped launch TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites, and contributed to the evolution of Marriott’s loyalty program, now known as Marriott Bonvoy®.
Her path then led to The Washington Post, where she became the paper’s first Director of Consumer Marketing, followed by several entrepreneurial chapters while living abroad in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she also served as board chair for the region’s premier independent school.
After relocating to beautiful Savannah, Jeri soon joined Circa Lighting (now Visual Comfort & Co.). A highlight of her tenure there was becoming the showroom division’s first Brand Standards Manager, working closely with the company’s founder to reinforce a consistent and exceptional customer experience across showrooms. She later joined the marketing team, leading initiatives for two lighting collections and partnering with the sales team to increase builder engagement and adoption of Visual Comfort lighting.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s undergraduate program and Georgetown University’s MBA program, Jeri blends analytical insight with creative instinct. Passionate about design, cuisine, wellness, and the art of home, she loves Savannah’s food, arts, coastal beauty, and easygoing way of life. Jeri lives on Savannah’s Skidaway Island with her husband, Roy, their two daughters, and their cheerful Westie, Luca.
